Later, she enrolled in Queen's Gate School to study dance and perform in productions of the school. At the age of 16 she quit school in order in order to pursue acting as a career. Taylor-Joy was a child actress and was sure she would eventually become an actor. She realized her dream when Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a job as a model.
